What You Should Know Before You Visit
Walking Conditions
Expect stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes with good grip are a must.
Accessibility
Some parts of the cavern include stairs and narrow walkways, which may limit access for guests with mobility challenges. If you have questions or need accommodations, please call ahead—we’ll do our best to help you enjoy your visit.
Temperature
The cave stays cool year-round. It’s a steady 58°F (14°C), so we recommend bringing a light jacket—even in summer.
Health Considerations
If you have heart, respiratory, or significant mobility concerns, talk with your doctor before participating in a cave tour. The tours are safe, but they do require some physical exertion.
