All minors must be accompanied by an adult for safety—except for high school groups, where older students may tour without a chaperone if pre-approved.

Absolutely! Solo guests are welcome on our walking tours.

Yes. Organized groups of 20 or more can receive discounts on walking tours if paid together and booked at least 10 days in advance.

No. For safety and continuity, participants must remain with the group until morning departure.

A list of participant names and confirmation that all required waivers—especially for minors—have been signed.

Call us immediately at (423) 878-2011. Late arrivals may not be admitted. Rescheduling depends on availability.

Walking Tours: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour

• Walking Tours: You can reschedule or receive credit with at least 2 hours’ notice. No-shows are not eligible for credit.
• Daytime Adventure Tours: Reschedule or receive credit with 48-hour notice. If canceled between 2 and 48 hours prior, a $10 fee applies. Less than 2 hours’ notice = no credit.

Yes. Please leave the following at home: chewing gum, alcohol, illegal drugs, outside food, pets, radios, video games, laser pointers, musical instruments, weapons, fireworks, tobacco, e-cigarettes, backpacks (except for overnight guests), and large bags.

If you would like to leave a tip, you can tip your guide directly or see one of us at the register for other methods. The tightest spot on our adventure routes measures 12″ x 33″. All participants must successfully crawl through a test box of that size before the tour begins.
